Seriously, it is March 28th! Not January 28th! The snow should be gone, the birds should be chirping, the flowers should be blooming, but alas all the birds and flowers are covered in a fresh layer of snow.
Yup, that's right another snow storm is making its way through causing me to become depressed and making me wonder if spring will ever arrive (although, technically, it is actually spring).
I guess that I shouldn't complain because some areas of eastern and central Canada are much worst off with huge snow banks and icy layers but still, I can't help but hope that the sunshine and warm breezes will come to Nova Scotia soon.
Apparently the old saying, "..in like a lion, out like a lamb..." isn't true this year. March came in like a lion and it's heading out the same way.

Better for me to look at this than live it. Great pictures all around. I really like the one with the pigeons.
It´s the same with us! At Easter we had snow and frost and yesterday it was really spring with sun and warmth.... the power of winter is broken, he only still twitches :-)
OH! We have spring here now, but last year there were blossoms on the cherry trees and then it started to snowing in May!! Hope it will not repeat this year...
