Great shot =), in sweden we call dem "jättevallmo", it's a kind of poppy. I think it's the Oriental poppy.

Yes, Kyrklunf is right, it's an Oriental Poppy and they are gorgeous. What a beautiful job you have done, I love #1. ; )

I love poppies! Their petals are like luminous crepe paper. Did you see the entry I posted on June 5 on the sculpture installation honoring poppies at a local Philadelphia arboretum? It was a cool interpretation of these same flowers.
