le sigh...

jazzy took the cam to school today, they have an away game and wont be back into town until about midnight, so she's spending the night at her friends... i've felt naked all day without the cam, tee hee... i've had several D'OH! moments when i realized i didnt have it and couldnt get an awesome shot of something

my friend popped in unexpectedly, our shifts have been weird at work and i havent seen her for a couple days, she called work about something yesterday and we talked on the phone for a minute, but today she couldnt get through on the house phone (i'm truly awful about it, i wont pick up if i even have it on) and no minutes on my cell (i havent used it in forever so i didnt notice) so she called the girl that lives the street behind me to see what was up, and when she told my friend that she was giving me a ride to work in the morning she'd heard enough and her and her husband drove the half hour over here to cheer me up, i absolutely ADORE this woman!! they hung out for a bit, her hubby told me if i didnt like what the mechanic said tomorrow to just call him and he'll come fix it himself if it's nothing major
