I had an interesting shoot recently. I shot my first gay couple! I was expecting to shoot some girls in prom dresses with my buddy cfrancisco but he invited more than just female models to come along. I'll be honest, I definitely was not prepared for this. I directed the shots on the fly which is never good because I tend to waste time thinking of what pose to do next. After working on these photos today, a flood of ideas for poses came rushing to my mind.

Sean and Shaun were awesome to work with. I had a blast. Hopefully I'll get the chance to take more shots of them in the future.

very very classy! It obviously helps that the guys are good looking and it would seem they were fairly comfortable in front of the camera..? I like the portraits with the other in the backgrounds. This past week I was doing a research paper about some controversial topics in photography. You should look into the Huguenin vs. Willock case. It is kind of interesting. -It involves a photographer refusing to photograph a lesbian wedding because of religious beliefs. This reminded me of it :) ????? · 2009-11-15: 03:03
