This is the restored Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad terminal which was opened in 1898. It was built during a golden age of railroad travel. So many of these majestic buildings still exist, thank goodness. They would never be built today.

lookagain Nope, they don't make 'em like that anymore! Those old train stations are fantastic - I love going to restored Union Station in Kansas City - quite the place.
