A cell from the Eastern State Penitentiary, built in 1829 and abandoned 40 years ago. Notice the tree root has grown through the thick walls.

djnana Before I saw your comment, I thought it looked like a prison cell. Excellent capture to get all the details and wonderful exposure, too. At first, the tree looked painted onto the wall!

MoMac If that is a tree root ( I thought it looked painted too like Brenda) then I take it the cell is underground? , Great shot the colours are actually very harmonious I think.
