One food that I love... Thiep bou dien

It's made with fish (thiof) generally, but also with chicken (on the picture) or other meat. But it's a thousand times better with fish... and don't have the shot... You eat it with rice (Thiep) and vegetables.
Tieboudienne is fabulous ! It's from Senegal, and a friend of mine cooks it for me.... yes, I'm lucky and her husband too ! :))
I can cook but I just don't want to know how to prepare that one, she does it so right !
The second shot was taken in Noumea, New Caledonia, they had invited us to enjoy seafood.... Love that too :)))

I'm between two planes, came back yesterday with some pictures of Morrocco that I'll prepare to post, and I'm leaving tomorrow to Martinique and Guadeloupe for 8 days.... still working... so I wanted to share that theme day with you before going to sleep... late again !!!!!
