Coconut sorbet.... to tease those who know about it ! Ths is something you have to try once in your life, but in the Caribbean !!! no coconut sorbet from supermarket, home made one !!!! a real precious flavor... with a bit of green lemon skin in it.... oooooh la la !!!!!!

Nothing is spoilt, the kids would take that coconut sorbet from every part of the machine :)).... before the parents do !

La langouste, un de mes plats préférés!! Sorbet coco!!, ha non, bon, je vais m'en faire. Pas avec le coco "gragé" (râpé) comme chez nous, mais c'est délicieux aussi avec le lait de coco du commerce ou la poudre de coco, j'ai déjà testé. Enfin, quand on n'a pas les ingrédients authentiques, on a de l'imagination!!

MMMMM!!!!!! Now that looks like some serious flavour. The food looks awsome especially the first shot. And I love crayfish. Very strici control on the sale and catching of this delicacy in SA.
