what's in my bag?

2008.07.02

A lot of people have noticed how personal my photoblog has been at times and strangely enough I have been relatively ok with sharing the things that have been going on in my life. (It also saves me from having to keep a journal as well, sort of.) I'm usually a very private person but after the stuff that happened to me at the end of last year I guess I kind of felt like I had to get some things off my chest and being on photoblog and doing this project 365 thing provided the perfect outlet for it. I also don't want to be so introverted anymore...I think, especially with the way I am right now, it's really bad to always be focusing inward. I really need to start paying attention to things outside myself. Anyway, that was getting a little sidetracked...

A while back (I forgot who began it) I started seeing posts about the contents of one's bag/purse, and although I have no problem in telling people about my emotional upheavals and the events going on in my life, I've had a hard time being comfortable with the thought of showing people what's in my purse. I kept debating over whether or not I wanted to share with a group of people that I don't know on a personal level what I carry around with me every day. I don't know why I find it uncomfortable - well, yes I do. I think it's even more personal than sharing events in my life - I mean, what a girl carries in her purse says a lot, doesn't it? Well anyway, here's to getting out of my comfort zone! : )

WeeklyShots I've got the same phone...

Most interesting, especially the commentary.

It's not incriminating in the least, you'll be glad to know.

heoyanah Interesting concept. You should take this picture once a year and compare them to see how you "evolved"
I like your bloging. It tells your audience what these pictures mean to you. Thats what gives them another dimension. Thanks for sharing.
