I just thought it looked cool. It looks as if a branch from one tree fused onto the trunk of another. It was the only branch on the whole tree that lost all the outer bark and was just smooth white.

i don't know what they're called but I like these little green water plants. if i ever have a small water garden i'm going to have some of these plants in it

something wrapped a lot of silk around the stem!

I don't know what those small water plants are...but they are a pest...they just showed up in my water garden one day and they cover everything and are hard to get rid of!!! What a nice random collection you took!
