Today's weather was just awful. It was really hot and dry during the day and then when the sun started to go down it got really windy and started blowing all sorts of gritty dust and stuff in the air. I made the unfortunate mistake of leaving the patio door to my room open a few inches this morning (and forgot that I did) and when I got home there was a layer of grit and dust all over everything. I spent the next hour or so cleaning dust off of pretty much every surface in my room.
