all the white stuff is minerals stuck on the heating element...and this is after I spent 15 mins getting most of it off - so frustrating!

all the white stuff is minerals stuck on the heating element...and this is after I spent 15 mins getting most of it off - so frustrating!
I forgot how much I hate cleaning humidifiers....
especially the warm mist kind, since hard mineral deposits form on the heating element and even though they make it non-stick, the stuff still clings to it and is really hard to get off.

OMG so this problem will be there with humidifiers? May be a plastic humidifier was better :)
