Uh oh, I'm starting to get lazy...
I've been awfully lazy for the past few days when it came to taking pictures. I just didn't want to bother looking for something interesting to take a picture of or even think about it. I just want to think about getting through rehearsal, going home to exercise and plan my meals for the next day. I feel like that's about all I can mentally handle right now until this eating/exercise thing becomes more routine and habit and I don't have to think about it as much.

Well, I guess it's ok as long as I don't FORGET to take a picture! : )

I don't know how people can do the Atkins diet. I'm supposed to up my protein intake for the first few weeks and I'm finding it hard to eat that much meat or other protein stuff like tofu. It's not even really that much protein but it made me realize that most days my diet consists of just rice and veggies so eating even just a little more protein than usual feels like a whole lot. I can't believe I'm going to say this because usually I LOVE meat, but I just don't want to eat that much of it every day!!

Why am I still up at 2 AM? Oh yeah, because I just finished my workout at 1 AM and I need to wind down before I sleep. This schedule of mine kind of sucks.
