Our Flag Still Stands

The skies opened up that day
With anger and hatred
It rained down upon us

September 11 will always hold a special place in our hearts. My heart goes out to the families of the lives that were lost on that day and everyday after. The children who will never know their parents, the parents who will live without their children, and the spouses who have lost their soul mates.
My husband fought for our freedom after this terrible event and i am so thankful that he is still here to walk beside me and hope he does forever.

Yes, very important to remember this tragedy. I heard yesterday that almost half of those who died had children under 18. Those poor kids have to live with their loss everyday for the rest of their lives. Great photos too. Jarvo · 2011-09-12: 16:39
