I remember those days! I would set the new bed up next to the crib and give my daughters a choice each night: crib or bed? Ooooh... scary prospect... all those little packets of screws... all those wooden panels... all those awful instructions that leave you guessing... all the excitement of the 'Big Girl Bed'... the lovely clean smell of freshly sawn wood, it is definitely worth the hassle... just one thing, why is there always a handful of screws and dowels left when you think you are finished?
