So much going on this week!

Today, the boys both went to an educational camp and I had 6 hours of free time during the day. Oh, my gosh! I did so much: cleaning, errands, and I exercised OUTSIDE! I ran a 5K in my neighborhood. I did it in a really good time for me. It was a beautiful day for a run and it felt good to be out in the sun. Usually, I'll run on my treadmill in my garage staring at our used 2nd fridge. So, it was a nice treat to be able to run in the sun. After camp, I took the boys to get Michael a guitar and Nick a drum pad. Michael has been watching me play and decided he wanted to learn to play guitar, too. However, he wanted one with a bit more POWER so he wanted an elec guitar with an amp. We got one on sale and also used a gift card towards Nick's drums. Got them home and discovered that Michael's guitar needed some parts so he couldn't really play it tonight.
After we were barely home for 45 min, we had to turn around and go to the ball fields. Tonight was Michael's last ball game and we just found out his team made the Gold tourney for the finals and we have 1-3 games to play in that. Should be fun!!!!
Seemed like a long busy day but it was productive and fun. The boys seemed to really like their camp a lot and it was probably nice for all of us to get away and do our own thing for awhile. :)
