A lunchtime walk on the beach in Colwyn Bay below the Victoria Pier revealed some localised scour of the pier legs and deposited items after the rough seas yesterday.

The pier is seriously delapidated and there are calls for it to be demolished as there are key structural elements taht are damaged or missing and the risk of falling debris onto beach users.

Another grey day I'm afraid, but the yellow buoys added some welcome colour......
