I have always been interested in outer space. Ever since I could remember I have always been fascinated by the universe. I have been an amateur astronomer for well over a decade now, and in the past several years I have expanded into the world of astrophotography.

I was actually an astrophotographer before I got heavily into "regular" photography. Astrophotographer's are the crazy ones of the astronomy world. We brave the extreme cold and spend long, lonely nights capturing photons that have traveled across the vast reaches of space to land on the imaging chip in the cameras. Not to mention this hobby is like a black hole for bank accounts, especially with all the cool new equipment coming out all the time now.

So above are some of my best shots. I am by no means a pro at this, but I think I am getting some pretty good results so far.
