Fruits of the "Forest"

Crab apples..... shake the branches to be pelted from above; but the local animals will love you for it!........ not remarkably palatable to us though...... shame!!

Bramble berries (or "Blackberries" as most will call them); not quite ripe...

Rowen berries, I believe.....

There is an abundance of various fruits in the New Forest.... there are bramble berries, rowen berries and crab apples by the bucket load..... !!
