I am a stay at home mom and grandmother, I bought a Kodak digital camera and printer dock on sale and decided to start taking pictures of the people and things around me.My parents never had a camera when I was small, so there werent any pictures. I didnt want to let time go by without getting shots of my family, and grand -daughter, and new grandson . I wish I had a better camera, but for now its fine. I love life and everything around me. I see beauty in just about everything that some people dont...Photography is addicting!

Now thats a cool tree trunk! We have a few like it in Mt. rainier National Forest, huge fir trees that are hundreds of years old, and they put markers like that on them, it kinda blows the mind at all they have lived through.......and witnessed. I loved this post, great shots!
thank you so much! I'm so amazed at these trees also! I would love to see the trees in Mt.Rainier National Forest.

These are chestnuts right? We have some around here and I always thought they were so pretty on the inside, (and wanted my hair color to match them too). My dad loved to eat these around Christmas time, roast them and peel the outer shells (brown part) and eat them all warm.
yes, these are chestnut, but it is not eatable sort. thanks for visting and comment.

I llove these! The pumpkin tree is cool, but my fav is the barrel with the sunflowers and the crow looking down at them...this looks like a place I should go and see....
