I was at a motorcycle run in Maryland this weekend called RAM (Ride Across Maryland). It is an annual event to raise funds to combat breast cancer.

One of the performers there was Biker Billy aka "Biker Billy cooks with fire". Known as the Harley Davidson riding chef who uses the hottest peppers around to cook his meals. His TV show is featured on PBS. It was very entertaining and I sampled two dishes that were very good with a hell of a kick.
