I used to do such high-contrast stuff with film by making two copies on litfilm on top of each other. Today it is easy to do in PhotoShop: 1. Make B&W (if you don't have an action for this, just desaturate) 2. Filter/Stylize/Solarize 3. Filter/Stylize/Find edges 4. Image/Adjustments/invert 5. Increase contrast + lower brightness to taste
