Update: (Neat Image reduces noise from high-ISO photos http://www.neatimage.com/ - there are free versions as well).

Update 2: The yellow tint on this wall of the house is due to the power-saving street light coming in from the left. I could undoubtedly remove it in PhotoShop, but this is what it looks like and I like it. :)
