Yes, both this and the earlier "Traffic" are overexposed 3-4 steps. Afterwards, in PhotoShop increase the saturation and contrast to your likings. The lighter part of the motive disappears and the difficulty is to visualise what will be left and make a composition out of that. I like the effect, though I am not 100% happy with the results.
