Photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth which can make them come back again.

The Tale of two seasons in North Dakota. Summer & Winter.
Around 95° when I took the first photo, high today -12°.
I really love contrast photos. Just yesterday I was thinking about taking a summer and winter photo of a wonderful tree we have at work, but it would require too much patience waiting another 4-5 months till winter. You have identically positioned yourself in each! Fantastic.
i LOVE photo sets like these!! and especially of old barns :-)
-12!!! yikes!!!! it was zero here when i left for work and about 6 degrees when i went to lunch - but i'm thinking it feels toasty compared to your weather today. so i'm not going to complain!! try to stay warm-ish! :-)
