Elm St and The Red River.....

The last three were last June, minor flooding in Fargo due to lots of rain. Won't be long until we will be this green. Have to take advantage of the nice weather since it is short lived.

Elm St was open when I went by at noon but by 5pm the Red River had put it under.
In April 1997, the Red River rapidly swelled and eventually caused widespread flooding. Damages to the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota totaled US$2 billion and resulted in the largest civilian evacuation in the United States since the burning of Atlanta during the Civil War.
