Joni is still in the hospital and getting better.
Below is a copy of an email I received today, I am within a group of 8 people that Avera Medical group picked to do a story on. The top 3 get to go to a banquet that Avera holds every year. They choose a different illness and this years was Mental Health.
Hi Eric,
Just come to the lobby on Friday the 22nd around 9:30. We will have set up the filming area and I will take you there. Sue should be there, too, depending on her schedule. (I am copying Deann, my colleague in Marketing there, as she is helping set things up.)
Basically, I will invite you to share your story – as much as you are comfortable. Don’t worry about what to say or how to say it, too much. Generally just a conversation brings out what we need, and we slice and dice it to create the overall picture in the end. I have been on your website and really like your work. If there is an opportunity when we are done at the hospital and you have any gallery like space, or workspace that would alright to shoot, that might make good cutaway material. If you’d like to talk about this, let me know and I can call. Otherwise, I will see you then!

I still have my photo display at the 'Daily Grind' in Marshall so this works out good.

Wonderful news about Joni, Eric. I hope her recovery is swift and complete. As for the rest, well, not sure if congratulations is the right word, because of what you had to go through to get to this point, but if you're happy about this, them I'm happy for you. :) And I love this set, btw. Reflections all topsy turvy like this... so cool.
