Photo of the Day: Lock Down

I walked past this car while in Naples back in October. I have definitely seen plenty of steering wheels in New York City have the master lock, but this does seem a bit excessive. However, considering that Naples is not the safest city in Italy it might be very well justified. Lock it up!
