I recently purchased an umbrella and stand for my external flash, but haven't played with it much. Tonight, I set it up inside and took random shots of my girls. This is shot through the umbrella, with the flash at +2EV. I have zero clue how to light portraits yet, so I have a lot more to tinker with in the future.
