Tonight, I went on a paranormal investigation at an old Tuberculosis Sanitarium in Booneville, AR. A coworker leads a team of investigators to this site a couple of times per year. I went for the Urban Exploration photography adventure: decay, rundown, creepy. I got what I was looking for!

Built in the early 1900's, this 540+ room hospital housed all types of TB-infected people: kids, families, and even convicts. We split into teams of 4 and investigated each floor. I scare really easily, but was abnormally calm, due to the teams' scientific, logic-based methods. Now, I won't ever be going on one of these again, but I'm glad I got to go once.

I'm also glad it was uneventful.

The basement is actually set up for an annual Halloween haunted house, so it's doubly creepy. Like this chair in a room of chalkboards with "Say Your Prayers" written on everything. Super creepy. I'll post more shots over the next couple of days...just to keep you spooked a bit. :)
