Part of the basement of the TB sanitarium. Originally, it was the cold storage area of the kitchen. Since, it has lovingly become the Alive/Death doors in the Haunted House scene. Fun, huh! The doors are amazingly heavy, and thankfully come with a metal plate on the inside stating how to get use the emergency escape...just in case you got locked in.

It was super creepy to go stand inside each door, even in the daylight. Once night came, I avoided them like the plague.

@nedewe: I agree...it IS overdone HDR. However, that was my intention and goal. It's a lot less creepy when you think it looks fake. The original is creepier. jtnelso · 2010-12-13: 16:40
