lessons learned from the graveyard

Lesson one, Mother Nature will cover the earth with green if left alone.

In just a few weeks the grave yard became completely overgrown with weeds, vines, grass, small trees even.

You could get lost in here.

Lesson Two: Women and men (even teenaged ones) approach things differently.

While Mom and I started pruning and clipping, cutting out all the bigger stuff, spraying where we cut down trees and vines, the 17 year old came in with a push mower and literally just mowed over EVERYTHING in his path, including small trees.

I would have been afraid of ruining the mower, but I have to admit, he got it done a lot faster.
