sloppy paint and polyurethane job - drips, bare spots, wrong type used - you name it.

this hallway and door weren't done at all - yet the masking tape on the hinges wasn't taken off (and in fact is difficult to remove)

switch plates missing...two in this room alone

drywall not painted. This has been a very long re-construction job, and it hasn't been done well too boot.
