I don't know much about cameras...but I'd love a better one...so it would be great to hear what you think of it once you learn how to use it! The pictures of the dogs are really fantastic!

By the way, your question about school in Kansas City. I have to be back this Friday and school starts the 16th. I can't believe school is starting and we're in the middle of the worst heat wave in recent memory!!!

Wow, what a nice present! We've got a D50 and I always have to use the Auto setting. My husband has tried to explain all of the other settings and stuff to me, but I'm hopeless. I just call it "his" camera.

I have a D50 also, I love Nikon. Love your first photos. Start on Auto and go from there. You are going to be brilliant.
