It rained for a few hours last night/this morning. Though I often enjoy thunderstorms, it wasn't that pleasant to wake up to at 2:45am! All the creeks and lakes rose quite a bit! Chance & I stopped at a park on our way back from Wal-Mart and took some pictures.
*NEWS: Mom just called and said she saw some of my pictures on the news! The meteorologist on the local news station I watch always shows pictures from people around the area during his news report that have to do with recent weather. Well, I emailed mine in during the 6:00 news after he requested people who have any of the storm do so. And, what do ya know, he used them and even put my name on them! I'M FAMOUS! (ok, not really!)*
