Taos has great restaurants. Monte was having so much fun taking pictures with his iPhone! We had stayed the first night in Red River, New Mexico, and had a great meal at Texas Reds - Monte's memories from 34 years ago. The greatest breakfasts are at Taos's Michaels. The supper pictured here was to die for (we got so full having tried most everything - so almost did die!). The owner/chef is putting out a cookbook - I can't wait! I want it.
