I decorated for the Good Friday service- Stations of the Cross -at our church. We have a cross behind the communion table/altar and it was already draped with a red cloth. Our church puts bread in this cross for communion this day, as everyone takes off pieces and dips it in the wine/juice. I brought the potted cross from home with a barbed-wire 'crown of thorns' hanging from it Dawson made me years ago. I adorn this cross with white lace and a garland of roses for Easter, as it sits on our kitchen table. I brought the red and black cloth and the easel and art pieces.
