When I initially saw this theme I was amazed what popped into my thought processes. INTERNET!
We spend so much time on the internet now, photoblog, myspace, tagged, facebook, and so many more.
You can find whatever it is in your life that you need simply by typing the need into GOOGLE. That is how I came to photoblog as well as facebook (two of my favorite sites BTW). As well as my Husband!
Tagged is where my Daddy met his current wife (mom passed a couple of years ago) He swore he would never need the internet or to mess with computers as he had no real use for it. Tagged is where I met the love of my life. We met and fell in love and have spent two glourious years in each others company.
FaceBook has renewed so many friendships from the past that I have lost due to moves and life passing. It has also brought my family closer together. I have been blessed with so many more friends than I had by the use of Photoblog. I am also learning so much about the world through the photos we all post.

karman, i've spent so long thinking for what to post for this mop. i've had even help from Stéfan (revenant) and from Jon (Mop profile), and if was not them, i'd not post the one that is for my mop. but actually you opened my eyes, sometimes we should not be so direct on thinking about the theme. and you showed that! i'm a very social person, which means i've a lot of profiles like those, and those are all MEETING PLACES, and i've been so dumb in thinking what to post. i've learnt something, and thank you for these pictures, i really liked to see them, made me realize that we don't need to go out of home to meet nice people too!:) onlyricky · 2010-12-06: 08:31

I dont know about any controversy...it is our choice to stay in front of the computer. Many who are not able to get out of their homes before have gained so much via the internet....I gained the love of my life.
