Building Confidence In Me-Self

As I was doing this board, I found that I had learned a lesson today: My lesson today that I learned was that all these years I have been consciously searching for happiness when it is Internal Peace that I truly want in my life. To wake up smiling, spend the day in laughter and joy, and to go to bed smiling; that is Internal Peace. I also learned it is much easier to inspire others than it is to remain inspired myself. |
As a part of my psychology studies we were "advised" to do a 30 day self study, self improvement, self-something because it is easier to help others when you know yourself better.
So, I chose my program.
And I am working it as directed with confidence that learning to be a better me will create the me I truly strive for in life.

Great program and ofcoures great job! I like this sentence "...it is easier to help others when you know yourself better". I hope you have nice rest days of the program and more great inspirations for us Karman :) .
