When they scoot the bike it flips the strip and pops all the shapes around on the front of the bike.

"Bike Parts". I had already done the motorcycle and don't have a bicycle, so I opted for the little tykes toddler bikes out at the barn sitting around the playground since they had some interesting colors and such.
