Chicago Day 3

2006.10.12

…. Or … WHAT F**KER TURNED DOWN THE OUTSIDE THERMOSTAT?

So a slow start to the day. My friend and I are still adjusting to time zones, so it was a late start again.

Of course, to wake up, an hour in Starbucks, a bit of indexing, and then out to the world

Now, you would of course think that a city as big as Chicago would have Beauru De Change around wouldn’t you… especially on the main strip.

And that’s like saying that CNN isn’t biased and Bush hasn’t choked on a pretzel.

3 hours later, a bit of photography and after getting thoroughly soaked (blame global warming) we found one.

Later getting soaked waiting for the El on top of that, we found a mall to raid. For America, this is a mini mall sized – or the size of the Wulfrun Centre… small

But the project goes on… and we have 1 start trek ornaments t out of 4…

Anyway… more friends arriving today. I’ll blog some more tomorrow

But anyhoo… onto today’s pictures.

… and to kick off, I’m doing a little series called “Americana” I hope you enjoy it.

Today – The School bus. Its big, its yellow.

2) some art outside the USPS office
3) A fountain out the Chicago Trade Commission
4+5) Yet more sunsets from the Linconwood Mall
6) An especially for Nicola … Work out the following Equation… YUM3
