Ambulances are the same worldwide.
They get people to hospital to help them. In the UK, these are funded by the National Health Service, which in turn is funded by the tax payer.
Two shots today:
1) Paramedics on with their honda bikes. Enjoying a coffee from McDonalds if i remember right
2) An ambulance chasing up the Spring Hill and heading somewhere in a rush. The flashing blue lights give it away.
