Politeness

2007.02.26

As grown up people you would had thought basic manners would still be ingrained in our minds.

think is the correct term.

I have the luck to have a few friends and companies who want to provide shooting facilities for their online catalogue and image library (in this case - Fallen Angel Design - Could be Not safe for work.. so only click at home people)

In there were 10 models and a few other photographers. Most of them seemed ok.... but there was one thing lacking.

MANNERS.

Sheer and total absence from some of them.

Have the words "please", "thanks", "thank you" seemed to have disappeared from the English language????

And that was just some of the photographers - even when I was trying to rescue a CF card for them..

ARGH!

Surely as photographers (either in the studio or out in the world) the words please and thank you don't cost THAT much?

Anyhoo, I'm hoping to release a few of the images soon... but for your visual delight I present the Warwickshire countryside at dawn.

** EDIT **

This is *not* an attack at my fellow photobloggers. Its more a grumble and rant at those who do the photography thing, but lack basic manners to both a model or a person.

aggiechristine Ha! I was just having a rant about manners to a coworker this morning!

"Thank you" for the not safe for work warning, the AWESOME detailed critique of my shot, your previous great advice in various forms, and a lovely soft dawn photo.

"Please" post some of those shots from your shoot that are safe for work!
