I think I recognise that place!! LOL! Looks so miserable and grey after having such bright and sunny days! Nice shot, but where is everyone?? You must have taken this real early or did you stop everyone from walking past?!

The place: Birmingham Council house The time (and you won't belive this): 5:43pm... I didn't freeze time, nor was it early. It was wet - Birmingham had decided to duck and cover as it was a bit wet... (the image quality could be better - It was out of the N95 unprocessed - don't have any processing tools at work)
