Well... in the words of Victor Meldrew, "I don't believe it"... I've survived to my 200th post!

So please join me now in a "Best of" where I distill 200 posts and acres of images... down to 20 images to represent the work I've posted. You'll fund a direct link to the blog with the original pics.

Images 1 - 4 - Chicago

Many many moons ago, I started this blog as a travelblog when I went to Chicago to torment my co-workers with. I still use it to torment my coworkers - I need the spare time activity! (theres more Chicago through this entry - it turns up like a bad coin...)

Image 1

The Bean - closeup of Chicago in the bean - I was lucky that day. Clear blue sky, little haze... but very cold. (Trip 1)

Image 2

The Sears Tower - Highlight of the building - taken to demonstrate how negative space can help and image! (Trip 1)

Image 3

The Chicago River (trip 2) - Just a classic moving and catching the world for a second shot

Image 4

Chicago at Night - Classic

Images 5 - 7 - Holga

I won't go into it - suffice to say, have a look on my blog for stuff to do with Holga's

Image 5 - Well...

My Classic Holga shot - I have this one framed in the flat now. (Somewhere on the Graverly Hill heading to Central Birmingham)

Image 6 - A Black and White Holga Shot (Chicago O'Hare T5)

Image 7 - Classic Holga - taken with transparency film (On top of Nightingales, Birmingham)

Posts 8 & 9 - In the Studio

I spend a lot of time in the studio - so here is some work from there.

Image 8

Estrella - I love this shot for the pose, and the near perfect light

Image 9

Allegra Fade - Candels are always fun - it helps with lighting

Image 10 - sweetsen8ion
A calender shot - as featured on the backlash calender

Posts 11 - 13 Flying High

I admit it. I enjoy flying FAR too much for my own good. So here are a selection from the collection (Both Chicago and other trips)

Image 11
Greenland - Wouldn't you just want to see it from 35000 ft?

Image 12
Ireland - My warning to start getting ready for a bumpy landing normally

Image 13

Chicago Burbs - or how to have fun on the decent.

Images 14 - 16 - Playing with the Sun

I play a lot with sunlight, its over exposures and such - so here are some images from me shooting into the light....

Image 14
Sunlight after a storm - Taken on my old minolta, this image was the begining of everything really...

Image 15
Eros - Shooting an arrow of love somewhere

Image 16
Sunset at Ludgate hill - Just lovely colours

Posts 17 - 19 Cameraphones

Cameraphones are so powerful these days - some are really crap - some can give some cameras a run for their money!

Image 17
The way old friends do - just a nice shot, them mirroring each other

Image 18
Sunset in Chicago - to prove you can get a decent sunset without processing out of a cameraphone!

Image 19
Depature - just the lines and the water.

AND FINALLY IMAGE 20.... (with thanks to Lit)
