The Sears Tower at Night
Ok, I know I've exausted this set... but you've got to admit, its a lovely night shot. It shows by setting up the camera right... and more importantly, by having a steady hand, you can get wonderful images. This is where a light camera fails (as you have more to shake) and a heavy camera provides a nice solid grip.
April -
In Blossom.
This is a local shot, that was shot on a blue sky day, but filling the frame with blossoms. I freely admit I'm not one for nature or macro shots (the lenses I have don't lend themselves to that), so this was seeing something and seeing the contrasts between the blue sky and the pink blossoms.
