Bare floor, repaired, filled, sanded and grain ready for stain. These steps are the most important part of the process. If you make a mistake in the floor here, it will show in the staining process. This is the same as preparing your canvas.
|
Applying stain. This is the second most important step and most unforgiving. If you did not prepare your "canvas" properly, it is too late to fix when the stain is applied. This is where true artistry is seen. Just like the artist, this requires the correct "eye" and just the right touch to get a beautiful end product.

Stain applied and finessed by hand. This is where your skill will show the most. Years of experience show in the end result.
