....As a Chef who loves mad ingredients.... I had to buy these Purple Majesty potatoes, who wouldn't want purple mash or roasties???...I'll post a pic of the finished dish when I decide what to do with them

Oooooooweeee what a colourful and tasty looking plate you have there. I have not seen the purple potatoes in our grocery stores around here, but they certainly do look interesting.......
