A couple of students were taking advantage of the glorious day.

When the tide is way out, you can walk to this 'island' and climb on the rocks. When the tide is in, they appear as small islands.
|

When it came time to come ashore, the tide was coming in. Someone was NOT happy, as he made it in two leaps, hitting the water only once.

well done for at least getting one! I am still trying to figure out how to take photos with my phone!! and it is a great shot - yesterday felt like spring out here in Sooke.
