and lots of empty eggs means lots of Matzo Brie (fried Matzoh)

you break up the matzo into small pieces, soak them briefly in boiling water to slightly soften, and then toss them in eggs, which have become 'scumbled' by blowing them out in order to make an Easter Egg Tree. You can add stuff like cinnamon bult i like mine plain. Then you fry them in either oil or butter, or both, and serve with jam.... preferably strawberry. kinda like Passover French toast. TOOO YUMMY.
